Waking up at the Mission Ranch in Carmel

shadowy at Mission RanchThe Adventurers chose Mission Ranch in Carmel as the place to stay for their Thanksgiving week break. The fall is a great time to visit the Carmel area, because, as local know, skies are largely fog free, unlike the spring and summer months were it can be socked in for days.

L was introduced to Mission Ranch by friend Barb, who held her 50th birthday their some years ago. The biggest draw is location, location, location. It’s just south of town near the mouth of the Carmel River in a residential section. The restaurant is known for its piano bar. And then, of course, there’s the owner. A man named Clint Eastwood…
