Rainy day fun at Future Parks with the grandkids

rainy day funMenlo Park is currently home to a digital playground of sorts, which L toured for an InMenlo story. She immediately knew she wanted to bring Grace and James there.

One part of the exhibit is called Future Parks and it’s two rooms jammed with interactive digital art. Kids can color a fish and launch it into the aquarium. Or color a house, bus, car or plane and have it became part of another tableau. Everything is touchable and lots of time when an object is touched it comes “alive” or turns into something else.

They liked it all, as did D, with the digital hopscotch being a particular favorite…
