The Adventurers took it easy, so to speak, on their hike in Zion Park today. Taking the park shuttle to stop 4, they hiked along the Virgin Creek past Zion Lodge until they reached Grotto Point.
Along they way, the passed lower Emerald Pool. And a whole lot of people. That said, there were stretches of the trail where they were almost alone. Such as when they passed through a mini slot canyon.
They dipped their toes into the river and lamented that the Park’s highlight, the Narrows, remained closed.
But it was nevertheless a good hike that provided good views of the Park’s walls.
Is it really back to civilization tomorrow? Well, sort of, as they’ve bailed on the Vegas strip, opting for a Henderson resort instead…
