Oh, fall must be on the way with Cozzolino’s pumpkins at farmers market

D was in recovery mode this morning after his 12-hour football day yesterday, so instead of their usual walking to Borrone for breakfast and then going to the Menlo Park farmers market, they walked the shorter distance to LuLu’s, which has a delicious if not a bit sinful breakfast dish.

They added a bit to their distance by doing a loop that included a stop at the post office where they got the most recent checks of their 50th reunion.

They then drove to the farmers market, which was as bustling as they’d seen it. And quite warm! The highlight was seeing the arrival of pumpkins and boards from Cozzolino Farm on the coast. They’ll make their selection as Halloween gets closer…
