Back to Bay Area adventures with hike at Coyote Hills

The Adventurers and The Mag headed to the East Bay for a hike at Coyote Hills, which was at its greenest best after all the rain. There was so much water that a number of the walking paths were not passable and one parking lot was instead a small lake. Maggie took full advantage of it, natch.

Next stop was a wine store in Fremont called Total Wine that D had discovered carrying a Chianti they’d enjoyed at Westlake Joe’s some months back. They’d never been in a store with such a huge selection of wine at great prices. Not only did they get the Chianti but a number of French Burgundies and Oregon Pinots. Will be fun to compare.

By the time they were finished stopping, both were peckish so they took advantage an eatery next-door called Dog Haus. Fabulous. Who da thunk…
