Checking out the old cars and trucks at first Facebook Festival of the summer

Among the activities of this creeping to summer Saturday, the Adventurers drove over to the Facebook campus in Menlo Park at the company’s first Festival of the season. Much is made about Facebook grabbing up land, adding to more traffic and driving up home and rental prices (good or bad, depending), the social media company does do a lot of community outreach. The new this year Festivals and past farmers market are one example.

The theme today was Chili, Cars and Everyday Stars and there was a chili competition along with a lot of fun new and old cars to see. L did a post for InMenlo that had an additional MP tie-in.

Well done and well atended event, although not sure about the everyday stars except it rhymed with cars…
